## Choose an endpoint

For one highest-ranked entity at the lowest price:

GET /_api/pa-entity-one?q=NAME

For multiple enriched candidates:

GET /_api/pa-business?q=NAME&limit=10

Parameters:
- q: required on both routes, 2-120 characters
- limit: only on /_api/pa-business; optional integer 1-25, default 10

The $0.001 route always returns at most one result in the same result-array schema.

Matching is case-insensitive against the Pennsylvania business_name field.
The service uses a fast starts-with query first and a broader contains query only when needed.
Normalized legal-name matches are ranked before broader matches.

## Payment

The first unpaid request returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED x402 v2 challenge.

If the payment authorization is invalid, the service returns 402 with a machine-readable reason.

If settlement is unresolved, such as settlement_pending or duplicate_settlement, retry the same request with the same PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Do not generate a new authorization merely because a transient 503 was returned.
